This Cookie Policy explains how We Ship CRMs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as ShipCRM ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://shipcrm.ai and within our Services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which it supplements, and (for business customers) our Data Processing Addendum. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.

Strictly Necessary. Required for the website and platform to function and to provide security, load balancing, and authentication. These cannot be switched off in our systems and do not require consent.

Analytics / Performance. Not currently used. If we introduce analytics or performance cookies in the future, they would help us understand how the site and Services are used; we would set them only with your consent in the EEA and UK and update this Policy.

Marketing / Advertising. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies; if used in the future, they would measure the effectiveness of our communications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

3. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to operate and secure the website and Services, authenticate users, and remember preferences. We do not currently use analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies; if we introduce any non-essential cookies, in the EEA and UK they will be set only with your consent.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as infrastructure and authentication. These providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies. Representative providers include:

Analytics and advertising: We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Infrastructure: Fly.io, Inc. — our hosting provider may set strictly-necessary cookies for security, load balancing, and session routing.

Authentication and payments: Google LLC may set cookies when you choose "Sign in with Google"; our payment processor, Polar (polar.sh), may set cookies on its own hosted checkout pages, not on our website.

5. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies

Cookie banner / preference center: Where offered, you can accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies when you first visit and at any time afterward through our cookie settings.

Browser controls: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the site or Services to stop working.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC and similar universal opt-out signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising and the sale/sharing of personal information, where applicable law requires.

EEA/UK consent: In the EEA and UK, we set non-essential cookies only after you consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time through the preference center.
